What services does Xiamen Creator Technology offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of manufacturing services including Rapid Prototyping (CNC machining, 3D printing, vacuum casting), Tooling & Fixture design and manufacturing, Production services (injection molding, die casting, stamping), and Quality Control inspection.
Where is your factory located?
Our factory is located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China. Xiamen is a major manufacturing hub with excellent port facilities, allowing us to efficiently ship products worldwide.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead times vary based on the service: Rapid prototypes typically take 3-7 days, injection molds 15-30 days, and production runs depend on quantity and complexity.
Do you offer NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)?
Yes, we sign NDAs with all our clients to protect your intellectual property and confidential information.
Injection Molding
What is your injection molding capability?
We have injection molding machines ranging from 50 tons to 2000 tons, capable of producing parts from 0.1g to 5000g.
What plastics can you injection mold?
We mold all common thermoplastics including ABS, PP, PE, PC, PA (Nylon), POM, PMMA, PBT, PPS, and engineering plastics.
Ordering & Shipping
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ varies by service: For rapid prototyping, there is no minimum - we can produce single pieces. For injection molding production, typical MOQ is 1,000-5,000 pieces.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept wire transfer (T/T), PayPal, Western Union, and can discuss letter of credit (L/C) for larger orders.
How do you ship products?
We ship worldwide via air freight, sea freight, or express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

What quality certifications do you have?
We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and follow strict quality management procedures.
What inspection equipment do you have?
Our quality lab is equipped with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), optical comparator, hardness tester, surface roughness tester, digital calipers and micrometers.

What rapid prototyping methods do you offer?
We offer multiple rapid prototyping methods including CNC machining (3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis), 3D printing (SLA, SLS, FDM), vacuum casting (silicone molds), and sheet metal fabrication.
What materials can you work with for prototypes?
We work with a wide range of materials including ABS, PC, PP, PA (Nylon), POM, PMMA, Aluminum, Steel, Brass, Copper, and various engineering plastics.
